The work Cylindrical Form by John Milne was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2006. The result of GBP 600.00 (€ 859.69) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Milne achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vertical Form in November 2020 with an auction result of GBP 10,080.00 (€ 11,252.68).

Die Arbeit Cylindrical Form von John Milne kam im März 2006 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 600,00 (€ 859,69) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von John Milne erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vertical Form im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.080,00 (€ 11.252,68).
