In the American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work Fog And Sun changed hands for USD 47,500.00 (€ 43,056.56) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Leslie Breck achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Garden, Ironbound Island, Maine in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 1,447,500.00 (€ 1,368,406.13).
