This artwork by John Isaacs achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in June last year. In the From a Universal Collector – The Olbricht Collection | Being Human auction, the work I used to think I could change the world but now I think it changed me (Eye Chart). sold for EUR 5,016.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by John Isaacs have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (What Makes Certain). in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 20,640.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von John Isaacs erzielte im Juni letzten Jahres bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion From a Universal Collector – The Olbricht Collection | Being Human wurde die Arbeit I used to think I could change the world but now I think it changed me (Eye Chart). für EUR 5.016,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von John Isaacs auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (What Makes Certain). im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 20.640,00.
