The work Garden Scene by John Hubbard was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2002. It achieved a price of GBP 705.00 (€ 1,082.21), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 41%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Hubbard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Shah Nameh Landscape overall, in two parts in September 2020 with an auction result of GBP 20,062.50 (€ 22,122.17).

Die Arbeit Garden Scene von John Hubbard kam im Dezember 2002 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 705,00 (€ 1.082,21) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 41%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von John Hubbard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Shah Nameh Landscape overall, in two parts im September 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.062,50 (€ 22.122,17).
