Ebsworth Collection Evening Sale auction, the work Abstraction No. 2 (Industrial Forms) changed hands for USD 37,500.00 (€ 33,118.43) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by John Bradley Storrs have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abstract Sculpture in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 290,500.00 (€ 202,072.90).
