In the THE HOUSE SALE auction, the work Self-Portrait sold for USD 2,880.00 (€ 2,442.75) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by John Edward Heliker have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Edge Of The Orchard in June 2001 with an auction result of USD 9,400.00 (€ 11,092.75).

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von John Edward Heliker auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Edge Of The Orchard im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 9.400,00 (€ 11.092,75).
