Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of GBP 500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 528.75 (€ 836.39). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Bogle achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A boy, in blue coat with gold buttons, yellow waistcoat with blue stripes, frilled white shirt with frilled collar open at neck, long curling fair hair in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 12,252.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
