Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Johann Baptist Drechsler could be acquired at Sothebys in London in December 2011 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Old Master and British Paintings Day Sale auction, the work A Still Life Of Roses, Tulips, Anemones, Bluebells And Other Flowers In A Vase, In A Stone Niche changed hands for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 28,443.98) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00.
