Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 16,250.00 (€ 13,952.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joel Sternfeld have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work On This Site: Landscape In Memoriam, 1993-1996 in April 2004 with an auction result of USD 153,100.00 (€ 77,518.99).
