Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Totally Cute Asian Girl by Joe Reihsen was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in London in April 2018. The price achieved of GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,850.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joe Reihsen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Destruction probable but not guaranteed in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,917.94).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Totally Cute Asian Girl von Joe Reihsen wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.850,70) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joe Reihsen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Destruction probable but not guaranteed im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 17.917,94).
