Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2010 Christies in New York held the auction Impressionist and Modern Works on Paper, which included the work Sans titre by Joan Miró. It changed hands for a price of USD 27,500.00 (€ 21,095.43) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joan Miró achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Peinture (Étoile Bleue) in June 2012 with an auction result of GBP 23,561,250.00 (€ 29,174,436.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2010 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Works on Paper durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Joan Miró zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 21.095,43) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joan Miró erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Peinture (Étoile Bleue) im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.561.250,00 (€ 29.174.436,97).
