It achieved a price of USD 13,750.00 (€ 11,242.85), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Admittedly, works by Joan Brown have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Portrait of Jay de Feo) in November 2005 with an auction result of USD 78,000.00 (€ 66,157.76).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 11.242,85) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joan Brown auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Portrait of Jay de Feo) im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 78.000,00 (€ 66.157,76).
