Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year China Guardian held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Couplet In Clerical Script by Jin Nong. The price achieved of HKD 72,000.00 (€ 8,707.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 100,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jin Nong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy In Qi Script in October 2015 with an auction result of HKD 7,520,000.00 (€ 878,536.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte China Guardian die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Couplet In Clerical Script von Jin Nong zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 72.000,00 (€ 8.707,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jin Nong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy In Qi Script im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.520.000,00 (€ 878.536,50).
