The work Birds and Flowers by Jiang Hongwei was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2014. It achieved a price of HKD 241,500.00 (€ 22,461.07), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 34%. Admittedly, works by Jiang Hongwei have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Spring Breeze in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 1,480,000.00 (€ 152,370.31).

Die Arbeit Birds and Flowers von Jiang Hongwei kam im April 2014 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 241.500,00 (€ 22.461,07) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jiang Hongwei auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Spring Breeze im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.480.000,00 (€ 152.370,31).
