This artwork by Jerry Uelsmann achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in July this year. In the Photographs Now The Collector's Edition auction, the work Untitled (Woman Walking on Water) sold for USD 3,520.00 (€ 3,194.19) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,800.00. Admittedly, works by Jerry Uelsmann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (floating trees) in April last year with an auction result of USD 17,640.00 (€ 16,741.01).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Jerry Uelsmann erzielte im Juli diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Photographs Now The Collector's Edition wurde die Arbeit Untitled (Woman Walking on Water) für USD 3.520,00 (€ 3.194,19) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 1.800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jerry Uelsmann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (floating trees) im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 17.640,00 (€ 16.741,01).
