Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work Life on Earth by Jedd Garet for USD 1,195.00 (€ 993.18). This price was achieved in the auction The House Sale at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Jedd Garet have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in July 2021 by the work Behind the Table at USD 2,016.00 (€ 1,699.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2004 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Life on Earth von Jedd Garet für USD 1.195,00 (€ 993,18) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The House Sale bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Jedd Garet wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Juli 2021 die Arbeit Behind the Table mit USD 2.016,00 (€ 1.699,26).
