Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work Portrait Of Mme Le Moyne, Née Marie Jeanne Doru, Aged 32 by Jean-Baptiste Perronneau for GBP 5,625.00 (€ 7,094.89). This price was achieved in the auction Old Master & British Drawings at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Baptiste Perronneau achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of a Lady, half length, wearing a pink dress with a lace border, holding a mask in October 2001 with an auction result of USD 76,375.00 (€ 84,927.17).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Portrait Of Mme Le Moyne, Née Marie Jeanne Doru, Aged 32 von Jean-Baptiste Perronneau für GBP 5.625,00 (€ 7.094,89) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Old Master & British Drawings bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Baptiste Perronneau erzielen.
