Auction result misses estimated price range
In 2009 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled and Blue Dust by Jane Dickson for USD 500.00 (€ 436.99). This price was achieved in the auction New York New York at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 600.00 – 900.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jane Dickson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Study for U-Dunk-Em in November this year with an auction result of USD 20,160.00 (€ 18,481.85).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im 2009 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled and Blue Dust von Jane Dickson für USD 500,00 (€ 436,99) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion New York New York bei Phillips in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 600,00 – 900,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jane Dickson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Study for U-Dunk-Em im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 20.160,00 (€ 18.481,85).
