The work View to a cottage by James Bolivar Manson was sold in the 20th Century British Art auction at Christies in London in February 2007. The result of GBP 300.00 (€ 444.74) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by James Bolivar Manson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Light Lunch in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,212.82).
