Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2016 Sothebys in New York held the auction American Art, Including the Collection of George S. Parker II from the Caxambas Foundation, which included the work Pushing Men: A Pair Of Bookends by Isidore Konti. Here, the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 6,875.00 (€ 6,271.67). Other works by Isidore Konti have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,468.77) in February 2013 for the work 'Pushing Men': A Pair Of Bookends.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2016 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion American Art, Including the Collection of George S. Parker II from the Caxambas Foundation durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pushing Men: A Pair Of Bookends von Isidore Konti zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 6.875,00 (€ 6.271,67) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Isidore Konti haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 11.468,77) im Februar 2013 für die Arbeit 'Pushing Men': A Pair Of Bookends beobachtet.
