This price was achieved in the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art Online at Bonhams and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 1,500.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Isaac Witkin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nagas in November last year with an auction result of USD 82,275.00 (€ 79,700.67).
