Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Isaac Pailes could be acquired at Bonhams in New York in February 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern, Contemporary & Latin American Art auction, the work Rue de Paris changed hands for USD 2,550.00 (€ 2,108.66) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Isaac Pailes achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature Morte Aux Fruits Et Bouteilles, 1913 in October 2012 with an auction result of EUR 44,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Isaac Pailes konnte im Februar 2021 bei Bonhams in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern, Contemporary & Latin American Art wechselte die Arbeit Rue de Paris für USD 2.550,00 (€ 2.108,66) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Isaac Pailes erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Fruits Et Bouteilles, 1913 im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 44.400,00.
