A top price for Imran Qureshi
In March 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work The Garden Within by Imran Qureshi. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 40,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 42,500.00 (€ 49,805.80). With this result, The Garden Within is even the most expensive work of art by Imran Qureshi that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Garden Within von Imran Qureshi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 40.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 42.500,00 (€ 49.805,80) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist The Garden Within sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Imran Qureshi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
