In June 2018 Christies in London held the auction South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art, which included the work Untitled (Easy Cutting Series) by Imran Qureshi. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 11,875.00 (€ 13,420.77), 48% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Imran Qureshi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Garden Within, which sold at auction in March 2017 for GBP 42,500.00 (€ 49,805.80).

Im Juni 2018 führte Christies in London die Auktion South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Easy Cutting Series) von Imran Qureshi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 13.420,77) und damit 48% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Imran Qureshi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Garden Within beobachtet, die im März 2017 für GBP 42.500,00 (€ 49.805,80) versteigert wurde.
