Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Spatial Concepts - A Pair by Igael Tumarkin was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in November 2009. It changed hands for a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,002.00) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Igael Tumarkin have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2001 the work Composition was auctioned for USD 8,225.00 (€ 9,268.65).
