This artwork by Igael Tumarkin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Amsterdam in October 2011. In the The BAT Artventure Collection formerly known as The Peter Stuyvesant Collection – Part Three auction, the work Solid Construction sold for EUR 6,875.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Igael Tumarkin; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Composition sold at auction in April 2001 with the realized price of USD 8,225.00 (€ 9,268.65).

In der Auktion The BAT Artventure Collection formerly known as The Peter Stuyvesant Collection – Part Three wurde die Arbeit Solid Construction für EUR 6.875,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00.
