Benkei, Shizuka-Gozen and Yoshitsune awaiting the attack on the Horikawa Castle, signed Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi ga and Choro Kuniyoshi; and a group of approximately twenty six triptychs, two incomplete, depicting various legendary scenes, signed Ichiyusai, or Choro, Kuniyoshi, various publishers, generally good impressions, colours and condition; and one triptych by Yoshitoshi depicting the battle of Oda Castle

In November 2007 Christies in London held the auction The Bob Moore Collection of Japanese Art and Design, which included the work Unknown by Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,750.00 (€ 6,651.23), 58% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Unknown, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 14,900.00 (€ 20,863.85).

Im November 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion The Bob Moore Collection of Japanese Art and Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Unknown von Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 6.651,23) und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Unknown beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 14.900,00 (€ 20.863,85) versteigert wurde.
