Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Unknown by Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi was sold in the The Bob Moore Collection of Japanese Art and Design auction at Christies in London in November 2007. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 6,126.13). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Unknown, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 14,900.00 (€ 20,863.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Unknown von Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi wurde im November 2007 in der Auktion The Bob Moore Collection of Japanese Art and Design bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 4.375,00 (€ 6.126,13) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Unknown beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 14.900,00 (€ 20.863,85) versteigert wurde.
