Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Garden in Spain by Iain MacNab was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2001. The price achieved of GBP 587.50 (€ 947.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Iain MacNab - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Deya, Majorca, which sold at auction in February 2013 for GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,177.92).

Für andere Arbeiten von Iain MacNab mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Deya, Majorca beobachtet, die im Februar 2013 für GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.177,92) versteigert wurde.
