Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nonton Di Kamar by Nyoman Masriadi was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 650,000.00 (€ 68,585.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 550,000.00 – 750,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nyoman Masriadi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Man From Bantul (The Final Round) in October 2008 with an auction result of HKD 7,820,000.00 (€ 795,442.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Nonton Di Kamar von Nyoman Masriadi kam im April 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 650.000,00 (€ 68.585,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 550.000,00 – 750.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nyoman Masriadi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Man From Bantul (The Final Round) im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.820.000,00 (€ 795.442,36).
