Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Miners; & Landscape by Hung Jui-Ling was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2011. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 4,783.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hung Jui-Ling achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Miners in May 2008 with an auction result of HKD 1,087,500.00 (€ 89,530.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Miners; & Landscape von Hung Jui-Ling kam im November 2011 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 4.783,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hung Jui-Ling erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Miners im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.087.500,00 (€ 89.530,04).
