The work Miners; Standing Miners; & Resting Miners by Hung Jui-Ling was worth HKD 237,500.00 (€ 24,673.58) to a buyer in May 2010. This price was achieved in the auction Chinese 20th Century Art (Day Sale) at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hung Jui-Ling - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Miners, which sold at auction in May 2008 for HKD 1,087,500.00 (€ 89,530.04).

Die Arbeit Miners; Standing Miners; & Resting Miners von Hung Jui-Ling war einem Käufer im Mai 2010 HKD 237.500,00 (€ 24.673,58) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Chinese 20th Century Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Hung Jui-Ling mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Miners beobachtet, die im Mai 2008 für HKD 1.087.500,00 (€ 89.530,04) versteigert wurde.
