Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Best Before 1 July, 1997 by Huang Yong Ping was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2012. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 4,957.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yong Ping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le carte du monde in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 3,367,500.00 (€ 294,381.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Best Before 1 July, 1997 von Huang Yong Ping kam im November 2012 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 4.957,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yong Ping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le carte du monde im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.367.500,00 (€ 294.381,13).
