Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pilgrimage To The Buddhist Scriptures by Huang Gang was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2013. The price achieved of HKD 414,000.00 (€ 40,525.97) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 350,000.00 – 550,000.00. Admittedly, works by Huang Gang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Red Star (Triptych) in March 2008 with an auction result of USD 361,000.00 (€ 228,408.73).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pilgrimage To The Buddhist Scriptures von Huang Gang kam im April 2013 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 414.000,00 (€ 40.525,97) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 350.000,00 – 550.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Huang Gang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Red Star (Triptych) im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 361.000,00 (€ 228.408,73).
