In May 2012 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscapes in Ancient Style by Huang Ding. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 1,940,000.00 (€ 202,096.41), 29% above the upper estimate. Other works by Huang Ding have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 3,335,000.00 (€ 316,474.18) in October 2013 for the work Landscape.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 29 % übertroffen
Im Mai 2012 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscapes in Ancient Style von Huang Ding zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 1.940.000,00 (€ 202.096,41) und damit 29% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Huang Ding haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.335.000,00 (€ 316.474,18) im Oktober 2013 für die Arbeit Landscape beobachtet.
