Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pigeon(Executed In 1956) by Hsiung Ping-Ming was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. The price achieved of HKD 188,800.00 (€ 21,422.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 160,000.00 – 250,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hsiung Ping-Ming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Standing Horse (Executed From 1959 To 1966) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 1,320,000.00 (€ 1,347,978.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pigeon(Executed In 1956) von Hsiung Ping-Ming kam im März 2019 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 188.800,00 (€ 21.422,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 160.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hsiung Ping-Ming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Standing Horse (Executed From 1959 To 1966) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.320.000,00 (€ 1.347.978,26).
