Despite a disappointment, a good price for Hiratsuka Un'Ichi
In September 2005 a collector was able to acquire the work Kokubunji no ipponmatsu, Tokyo (One pine tree in Kokubunji, Tokyo), 1960 Todaiji kodo ato (Remains of Kodo lecture hall, Todaiji), 1960 Koizumi Yakumo kyukyo, Matsue (Former home of Koizumi Yakumo Lafcadio Hearn, Matsue), 1948 Suriagete (Carving by Hiratsuka Un'Ichi for USD 1,920.00 (€ 1,592.30).
