Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Showa era (1926-1989), 1938-1960 by Hiratsuka Un'Ichi for USD 446.25 (€ 380.82). This price was achieved in the auction Fine Japanese and Korean Art at Bonhams in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Hiratsuka Un'Ichi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Kokubunji no ipponmatsu, Tokyo (One pine tree in Kokubunji, Tokyo), 1960 Todaiji kodo ato (Remains of Kodo lecture hall, Todaiji), 1960 Koizumi Yakumo kyukyo, Matsue (Former home of Koizumi Yakumo [Lafcadio Hearn, Matsue), 1948 Suriagete (Carving|AID531200] in September 2005 with an auction result of USD 1,920.00 (€ 1,5
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Showa era (1926-1989), 1938-1960 von Hiratsuka Un'Ichi für USD 446,25 (€ 380,82) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Fine Japanese and Korean Art bei Bonhams in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00.
