In May 2009 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work Untitled (Graphite Line No.27) by Hideki Satoh. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 125,000.00 (€ 11,415.12), 39% above the upper estimate. Other works by Hideki Satoh have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 12,348.97) in May 2008 for the work Cocoon.

Im Mai 2009 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Graphite Line No.27) von Hideki Satoh zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 125.000,00 (€ 11.415,12) und damit 39% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Hideki Satoh haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 12.348,97) im Mai 2008 für die Arbeit Cocoon beobachtet.
