The »bidding war« ended at HKD 93,750.00 (€ 7,718.11), 44% above the upper estimate. Other works by Hideki Satoh have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 12,348.97) in May 2008 for the work Cocoon.
