This artwork by Hernando Viñes achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in October 2005. In the Impressionist and Modern Art auction, the work Figuras sold for GBP 16,800.00 (€ 24,774.92) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Hernando Viñes; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot La dessinatrice sold at auction in October 2005 with the realized price of EUR 45,600.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hernando Viñes erzielte im Oktober 2005 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Figuras für GBP 16.800,00 (€ 24.774,92) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00.
