Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Femme debout by Hernando Viñes was sold in the Past/Forward - Part II auction at Sothebys in Paris in October 2021. The price achieved of EUR 2,520.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hernando Viñes achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La dessinatrice in October 2005 with an auction result of EUR 45,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Femme debout von Hernando Viñes wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Past/Forward - Part II bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.520,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hernando Viñes erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La dessinatrice im Oktober 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 45.600,00.
