Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2010 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Garcon Aux Yeux Bleus, 1943 by Hernando Viñes. The price achieved of EUR 1,275.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hernando Viñes achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La dessinatrice in October 2005 with an auction result of EUR 45,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2010 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Garcon Aux Yeux Bleus, 1943 von Hernando Viñes zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.275,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hernando Viñes erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La dessinatrice im Oktober 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 45.600,00.
