Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Abstraction (White) by Hernando Ruiz Ocampo was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 87,500.00 (€ 10,113.38). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hernando Ruiz Ocampo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Playmates in November 2015 with an auction result of HKD 6,040,000.00 (€ 737,701.19).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Abstraction (White) von Hernando Ruiz Ocampo kam im Mai 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 87.500,00 (€ 10.113,38) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hernando Ruiz Ocampo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Playmates im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.040.000,00 (€ 737.701,19).
