Auction result well in line with expectations
The work random objectivations (no V'74_106) by Herman de Vries was sold in the 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam auction at Christies in Amsterdam in April this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 5,670.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Herman de Vries achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Random Objectiviation. "V 70 - 25 B" in February 2010 with an auction result of GBP 163,250.00 (€ 182,120.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit random objectivations (no V'74_106) von Herman de Vries wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 5.670,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Herman de Vries erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Random Objectiviation. "V 70 - 25 B" im Februar 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 163.250,00 (€ 182.120,55).
