Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (assembled block) by Herman de Vries was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November last year. The price achieved of EUR 12,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Herman de Vries achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Random Objectiviation. "V 70 - 25 B" in February 2010 with an auction result of GBP 163,250.00 (€ 182,120.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (assembled block) von Herman de Vries kam im November letzten Jahres bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Herman de Vries erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Random Objectiviation. "V 70 - 25 B" im Februar 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 163.250,00 (€ 182.120,55).
