Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Of A Man Said To Be Walerjan Zawisza Linkowiec by Henryk Siemiradzki was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2015. The price achieved of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 7,638.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henryk Siemiradzki achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Parnassus in December 2020 with an auction result of GBP 680,500.00 (€ 760,179.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of A Man Said To Be Walerjan Zawisza Linkowiec von Henryk Siemiradzki kam im Dezember 2015 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion.
