Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Henry Stull could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in October 2015 for an unexpectedly low price. In the American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work Jockey Up On Bay In Green And Yellow Silks changed hands for USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,396.12) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henry Stull achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work American Leonatas, Winner Of The 1883 Kentucky Derby in December 2008 with an auction result of USD 65,500.00 (€ 47,057.98).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Henry Stull konnte im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
