In October 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Brown Beauty And A Bay In A Stall: Two Works by Henry Stull for USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,396.12). This price was achieved in the auction American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henry Stull achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work American Leonatas, Winner Of The 1883 Kentucky Derby in December 2008 with an auction result of USD 65,500.00 (€ 47,057.98).
