In the Maritime auction, the work Yachts Massachusetts bay, 1880-1900; a photographic album changed hands for USD 1,792.50 (€ 1,440.80) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. Other works by Henry C. Peabody have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in February 2005 by the work Jubilee; Merlin; and Constellation at USD 3,120.00 (€ 2,350.46).
